Aston Lovell was established in 2006 with the intention of providing investors with the sort of tools and transparency that for so long had been lacking in the wine market. This was our aim, and six years down the road we have gone some way towards achieving what we set out to do.
We realised early on that the best way to demonstrate complete transparency was for our clients to know at any given time exactly what their wines are worth - and exactly what they would receive should they wish to sell: To this end we had a bespoke database designed and built, which we then connected to the databases of the two leading wine merchants in the UK. This means that whenever our clients log-in to their individual online portfolios, they know at a glance what their wine is worth and what they would receive should they wish to sell.
We are full trading members of Liv-ex, The London International Vintners Exchange, and our sister site Wine Market News is the leading web resource for news articles and essential information relating to our market.

Should you wish to check prices, we have a price checker that will show you the prices of thousands of wines from hundreds of sellers, and every month our clients receive market news and updates straight to their in-boxes.
If you choose our full investment service we charge a one-off management fee of 15% on the buy and sell at market value commission-free. If you choose our sell-only service we will sell any quantity of wine for you quickly at the live market price and take a fee of only 6%.
Whichever service you require, we promise to provide the most current and pertinent information and to give you, the investor, all the assistance you need to make your experience investing in wine an enjoyable and profitable one!
